Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Refunds / exchange
I happily accept returns for refund or exchange. Please contact me within 14 days and return the item to me within 28 days. The item remains purchasers responsibility until it is safely received back by me. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Bespoke / personalised items
can only be returned if they are found to be faulty.

Earrings
Can only be returned if they are found to be faulty.

Everywhere else: Royal Mail International signed or International Tracked and signed service
